Responsibilities:

Stacy focuses on developing and implementing strategic real estate plans for her clients. Those plans involve real estate analysis, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, lease-related services, including negotiation, modification and termination of leases, and real estate financing and sale/leaseback services.

Experience:

Stacy has supported multiple engagement teams on a wide range of multi-million-dollar sales transactions for retail, commercial, and industrial real estate clients. Client engagements include negotiating real estate leaseholds, the sale and disposition of real estate assets in and out of bankruptcy, and supporting client and marketing activities by conducting extensive industry and company research.
