Responsibilities:

Craig focuses on developing and implementing strategic real estate plans for his clients. Those plans involve real estate analysis, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, lease-related services, including negotiation, modification, and termination of leases, and real estate financing and sale/leaseback services.

Experience:

With over 21 years of experience, Craig has worked on a wide range of multi-million-dollar disposition transactions for retail and commercial assets. Client engagements include negotiating real estate leaseholds, the sale and disposition of real estate assets in and out of bankruptcy, and supporting client and marketing activities by conducting extensive industry and company research.

Prior to joining GA Keen Realty Advisors, Craig was a Director with KPMG Corporate Finance and Vice President with Keen Consultants and Marine Midland Bank.
