Responsibilities:

Heather focuses on developing and implementing strategic real estate plans for her clients. Those plans involve real estate analysis, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, lease-related services, including negotiation, modification, and termination of leases, and real estate financing and sale/leaseback services.

Experience:

With over 6 years of experience, Heather has handled lease restructuring/termination negotiations on a leasehold obligation for retail locations across the country. She has marketed and sold various commercial properties on behalf of a franchisee of a nationally recognized restaurant chain, as well as partially completed residential developments in the Northeast.

Client engagements include negotiating real estate leaseholds, the sale and disposition of real estate assets in and out of bankruptcy, and supporting client and marketing activities by conducting extensive industry and company research.

Accomplishments

Heather entered into the real estate industry through Keen Consultants as the Marketing and Public Relations Director, managing the development of numerous new business presentations and proposals, various marketing materials, and web site layout and content. Prior to that, Heather worked for such public relations agencies as Robin Leedy and Associates, Fleishman-Hillard (where she earned a CIPRA award and Silver Anvil Award of Excellence), and Ruder-Finn.
