Years of Experience:

Michael spent 14 years with Wachovia Capital Finance in Charlotte, NC, where he served as Director of the Collateral Evaluation Group. Prior to his time in Charlotte, Michael spent 9 years as Vice President - Collateral Evaluation with Citigroup's Structured Finance and Leveraged Finance units in New York. Before entering the finance industry, Michael served as Director of Machinery Sales and Manager of Metals Procurement for American Can Company.

Responsibilities:

Michael has a thorough understanding of complex, syndicated ABL credit facilities and the type and scope of valuations necessary to expedite such transactions from a lender's perspective.

Accomplishments:

Michael has participated in numerous events and panel discussions on behalf of the National Commercial Finance Association, American Society of Appraisers, Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers, and other organizations.
