Responsibilities:

Scott manages all retail liquidations and has presided over the liquidation of thousands of retail stores and over $10 billion in inventory.

Accomplishments:

Prior to Great American Group, Scott was responsible for operations in 155 Office Depot stores in 17 states. He also spent 13 years with Hechinger stores in both domestic and international operations as a buyer, in-store management, and finally as the chain’s Director of Store Operations.

Education:

George Mason University, Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Economics.

Years of Experience:

More than 20 years in all phases of retail, from catalog showroom to store level to managing company operations. Billy’s special talents include store planning, store operations, and merchandise buying.

Responsibilities:

During his 10 years at Great American Group, Billy has valued inventory and supervised liquidation sales for hundreds of retailers like Montgomery Ward, Kmart of Canada, Computer City/Comp USA, and Cosmetic Center.

Accomplishments:

Prior to joining Great American Group, Billy served as head of operations and merchandising for Beards Catalog Showroom for 10 years.

Years of Experience:

Steve has nearly 15 years of retail management experience, with the majority focused on retail liquidation operations and financial analysis. During the past five years, Steve has personally been involved with the liquidation of thousands of retail locations that collectively contained billions of dollars in assets.

Responsibilities:

Steve is responsible for the daily activities of Great American Group's Retail Division. Steve also plays an important role in the company’s due diligence analysis, inventory reconciliation and valuation, and expense and budgeting projections.

Accomplishments:

Before entering into the asset-disposition field, Steve held management positions at CompUSA and Best Buy.

Years of Experience:

More than 15 years in investment banking, credit analysis, corporate finance, management consulting, and asset disposition.

Responsibilities:

At Great American Group, James spearheads the due diligence and valuation efforts in the retail division. James is also actively engaged in inventory appraisal projects, debt financing efforts through GA Capital, budgeting and forecasting for the company, and maintaining the firm's strategic partnership with Credit Suisse.

Accomplishments:

-In-depth experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and turnaround activities.
-Actively participated in the company's efforts in going public in 2009.
