Years of Experience:

Over 20 years of professional appraisal experience, primarily serving prominent financial institutions and private equity sponsor groups. Sandy also is experienced in manufacturing, equipment purchasing, sales, and asset management, focusing on a wide range of equipment types.

Responsibilities:

Sandy utilizes his many years of experience in order to provide guidance and oversight to the appraisal process. He works directly with our clients to ensure that Great American’s valuation services meet or exceed their expectations. Sandy networks with commodity-specific advisors, oversees the appraisal process, and reviews the final work product.

Accomplishments:

Sandy has successfully completed the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) course of instruction, as well as several advanced courses in machinery and equipment valuation offered by the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). He has earned the designation of Certified Equipment Appraiser (C.E.A.) as administered by the Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers (AMEA). Currently an Associate of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), Sandy has completed appraisals in Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, France, and the United States and is qualified to opine on machinery and equipment values based on a broad range of concepts.

Education:

Sandy earned an Associate's Degree in Automotive Engineering from Citrus College and attended California State University, Los Angeles, focusing on business law and finance, marketing, and sales management relative to new product inventions.
