Responsibilities:

Matt focuses on developing and implementing strategic real estate plans for his clients. Those plans involve real estate analysis, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, lease-related services, including negotiation, modification, and termination of leases, and real estate financing and sale/leaseback services.

Experience:

With more than 15 years of experience in implmenting strategic real estate plans, Matt has helped negotiate the sale of hundreds of properties, leaseholds, and businesses nationwide, provided specialized valuation services, and provided in-depth real estate workout services for retailers, financial institutions, and corporate clients.

Matt recently handled lease restructuring/termination negotiations on a leasehold obligation in excess of $110 million, enabling a successful law firm merger. Matt has also recently worked on one of the largest lease restructuring projects in retail history.

Accomplishments:

Matt is a frequent speaker on industry topics, has written an article published in Real Estate Weekly, has been featured in articles in Fortune Magazine and National Real Estate Investor Magazine, and has been quoted numerous times as an expert in the real estate industry by numerous national publications.
